At Animode, we aim to provide high-quality anime t-shirts and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy has been designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • The product delivered is incorrect or not as described

  • You received the wrong size due to a packing error

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Note:
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery


3. Return Request Process

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/videos of the defective or incorrect product

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received back in original condition, your refund will be issued:

  • To your original payment method, or

  • As store credit (based on your preference)

Refund processing time:

  • 5–7 business days for prepaid orders

  • 2–3 days for store credit issuance

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will:

  • Ship a new product once the returned item is received, or

  • In certain cases, ship a replacement without requiring a physical return

Replacement will be provided based on availability.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you may request a return after delivery.


7. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong size or design

  • A missing item
