The product delivered is incorrect or not as described
You received the wrong size due to a packing error
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Note:
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products purchased during final sale or clearance
Customized or personalized items
Items without original tags/packaging
Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery

4. Refund Process

As store credit (based on your preference)
Refund processing time:
5–7 business days for prepaid orders
2–3 days for store credit issuance
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will:
Ship a new product once the returned item is received, or
In certain cases, ship a replacement without requiring a physical return
Replacement will be provided based on availability.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you may request a return after delivery.
